The order processing time is counted from the date of the reception of the payment until the shipment of the product. It depends on the chosen product type. If it’s important to you to have your item sent as soon as possible, we recommend the „Express service” option (you can choose it during the configuration process).

OUR RETURNS POLICY
We pride ourselves on ensuring our products are made and packaged with the utmost care, but we understand that sometimes returns are necessary.
At myWalls.co, we offer a 14 day return policy to our customers. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be sealed, unopened and returned within the 14 day window indicated above.

You will have 14 days from the time you receive the return label to send the items back to us. Return labels not returned past 14 days will be voided.
To expedite the refund process, once you have posted the package you can simply reply to the email that provided the return slip and let us know you have sent the items back.
