Orders, Shipping & Returns

The order processing time is counted from the date we receive your payment until the shipment of your product. Processing times vary depending on the chosen product type. If you need your item sooner, we recommend selecting the “Express Service” option during the configuration process.

The estimated delivery time for the United Kingdom is approximately 4-5 working days.


Returns Policy

We pride ourselves on delivering products that meet our customers’ expectations. However, if you are unsatisfied with your order, we offer a 14-day return policy.

Return Eligibility

  • The item must be unused, sealed, and in its original condition and packaging.
