Returns

You may initiate a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided items are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

To start a return, email us at info@mywalls.co within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, reason for the return, and clear photographic evidence if the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We'll promptly arrange a replacement or refund and will cover return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you via email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Customised or personalised products

  • Items damaged due to improper handling after delivery

Exchanges

We will replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photographic evidence to arrange an exchange.

Return Shipping

MyWalls.co covers return shipping costs for all returns. Items must be returned unused and in original packaging.
